Waitlist

The Waitlist feature enables users to create and customize individual Waitlist policy that allows drivers to get in line when your charging stations are all in use.

Once a waitlist policy has been applied to your charging stations, waiting drivers receive a notification when it is their turn to plug in. Once notification is received, drivers have the option to:

  • Accept: Use the charging spot.

  • Snooze: Let the next person in line charge (without losing their own place in line).

  • Decline: Remove themselves from the waitlist.

To access the Waitlist tab, log in to ChargePoint Platform and navigate to Stations > Waitlist.

The table below describes the fields available in this tab.

Use the Show/Hide Columns option to customize the fields that appear in the report.
