Profile

The ChargePoint profile within the ChargePoint Platform refers to the admin profile that was created for a user to manage charging sessions and preferences, access station information, pricing policies etc. Your profile is set up by creating an account on the ChargePoint Platform.

To access the Profile page, log into ChargePoint Platform and navigate to your account on the top right corner of the website. Click on Profile to access the following details:

Account

Name

Displays the name of the account holder.

Organization

Displays the name of the organization.

Account Number

Displays a unique identifier for the admin account.

Batched Email Alerts

Enable this option to receive hourly emails containing alerts on all station for which you have sufficient privileges and access rights.

Receive Flex Billing Statement Alert

Enable this option to receive a monthly email alert when the monthly flex billing statement becomes available for viewing.

Connections Alerts

Enable this option to receive an email containing all pending Connection attempts, whenever a Driver attempts to connect to your Organization.

Receive Fleet Vehicle Status Report

Enable this option to receive a notification for the Fleet Vehicle Status Report.

Username

Displays the username for the account holder.

Reset Password

Click Change Password to reset your password.

Contact Info

Email

Displays the email address of the user.

Phone

Displays the phone number of the user.

Cell Phone

Displays the cell phone number of the user.

Fax

Displays the fax number of the user.

Preferred Language

Displays the language chosen by the user.

Address

Displays the address of the user.

Valet Info

Notify me on

Receive email or text notifications when vehicles are fully charged or when the charging session is interrupted. Notifications will include vehicle information based on the driver’s account settings. A Valet can use these notifications to charge and move vehicles.

Select one or both of the following options:

  • Fully Charged: You will be notified when the electric vehicle is fully charged.

  • Charging Interrupted: You will be notified when the charging session is interrupted.

Notify by

Specify the email address and phone number to receive the notification.

Privileges

Role

Select a role for your new admin. For more information see, Create Admin Roles.

Assign Station Group Permissions

Select custom station groups by expanding the organization to customize access.

Assign Driver Group Permissions

Select custom driver groups by expanding the organization to customize access.

Click the Edit button to reset your password under Account, if needed. You can also manage email alerts, modify your contact information, valet preferences and admin privileges. After making the changes, click Save to confirm your changes or Cancel to discard your changes.
