Configure Security Alarm Settings
The security alarm remains active for the duration that is configured by the organization. The default duration is 5 minutes. And it can be cleared in one of the following ways:
Automatic reset: The alarm stops once the configured duration expires.
Manual reset in ChargePoint CMS Suite: Log in to ChargePoint CMS Suite and navigate to the affected station under Charger Management. Click Disable Security Alarm.
When the alarm expires on the station, it is also cleared in Suite.
Currently, the security alarm cannot be disabled from the station display. It must be managed through ChargePoint CMS Suite.
