Waitlist Management
The Waitlist feature enables users to create and customize individual waitlist policy that allows drivers to get in line when your charging stations are all in use.
Once a waitlist policy has been applied to your charging stations, waiting drivers receive a notification when it is their turn to plug in. Once notification is received, drivers have the option to:
-
Accept: Use the charging spot.
-
Snooze: Let the next person in line charge (without losing their own place in line).
-
Decline: Remove themselves from the waitlist.
To access the Waitlist Overview tab, log in to ChargePoint Platform and navigate to Waitlist Management.
