Audit Log - System Change

The Audit Log - System Change refers to a secure, chronological record of all modifications made to waitlist configurations and policies by administrators. It acts as a safety tracking mechanism to ensure accountability, allowing station owners and administrators to track who changed a policy, what was changed, and when the change occurred. You can search by station name or date and time range.

To access the audit log, configure the following steps:

  1. Log in to ChargePoint CMS Suite.

  2. Navigate toWaitlist Management.

  3. Click Audit LogSystem Change tab.

Click the Export button to download the data for analysis, auditing, troubleshooting, or compliance tracking. Select the format type and items included in export and click Export Data.

Click the icon to filter the data. The pop up on the right contains various parameter to help narrow down the search.

You can apply multiple filters to narrow down the data. Click Apply Filters to take into consideration the selection made in the filter and generate the report.
