Waitlist Queue

The ChargePoint CMS Suite waitlist feature allows drivers to join a queue. The driver can be physically present at the station or remotely add themselves to the waitlist. This feature also helps the station managers to set up efficient queue while giving drivers the flexibility to plan their charging around their day.

Station owners can manage waitlist queues through ChargePoint CMS Suite.

To access the waitlist queue, configure the following steps:

  1. Log in to ChargePoint CMS Suite.

  2. Navigate toWaitlist Management.

  3. Click Waitlist Queue tab.

You can see a list of stations and drivers that are part of the respective waitlist queues.

You can search for a driver and manage course of action for that specific driver. You can also filter out drivers based on the waitlist policy they are part of.

The table below describes the fields available in this tab.

Waitlist Queue

Parameter

Description

Position

Displays the current position of the driver in the waitlist queue.

Driver name

Displays the name of the driver.

Status

Displays the current status of the driver. Valid values are Waiting , In Use , In Progress, and Available.

Joined at

Displays the date and time the driver joined the waitlist queue.

Actions

Click the horizontal ellipses (...) under Actions to perform the following actions:

This station

Move to top for this station

Use this option to move the driver to top of the queue for the specific station.

Remove from waitlist for this station

Use this option to remove the driver from the waitlist for that specific station.

All stations

Move to top for all station

Use this option to move the driver to top of the queue for all the station in that organization.

Remove from waitlist for all station

Use this option to remove the driver from the waitlist from all the stations in the organization.

Click the icon to filter the data. The pop up on the right contains various parameter to help narrow down the search.

You can apply multiple filters to narrow down the data. Click Apply Filters to take into consideration the selection made in the filter and generate the report.
