Audit Log - Operational
The Audit Log Operational tab provides a summary of waitlist actions performed by the drivers using the waitlist policy. You can search for logs using both the driver name or date and time.
To access the audit log, configure the following steps:

Log in to ChargePoint CMS Suite.

Navigate toWaitlist Management.

Click Audit Log > Operational tab.
Click the 
icon to filter the data. The pop up on the right contains various parameter to help narrow down the search.
You can apply multiple filters to narrow down the data. Click Apply Filters to take into consideration the selection made in the filter and generate the report.
Click the Export button to download the data for analysis, auditing, troubleshooting, or compliance tracking. Select the format type and items included in export and click Export Data.
