Accessing the Data Assistant

The Data Assistant is designed to help you query data using natural language.

To access the Data Assistant, complete the following steps:

1. Log into ChargePoint Platform and navigate to Data Assistant.

2. The Data Assistant window opens with a disclaimer. Read the disclaimer for more information.

3. In the Ask a question tab, type the query you want to inquire the chat-bot.

4. Alternatively, you can also select one of the prompts available in the Data Assistant.

5. Type the query and click Press enter.

6. Enable the Visualize Data toggle button to access a visual representation of the data if it is available for the query entered.

7. Click Download Data to export the information in a form of .csv file.
