Express Plus Power Block 160 kW Label Instructions

160 kW label instructions: If the Express Plus Power Block is installed with a maximum capacity of 160 kW, affix each of the two new ratings labels both in the front security panel and in the rear upper panel of the Power Block at the exact location. Refer to the Power Block Installation for all other installation details.

Open the security panel in the front of the Power Block

  1. Open the security panel in front of the Power Block to place one of the new power ratings labels:

  2. Wipe down the Power Block nameplate label with isopropyl wipes.

  3. Dry the Power Block nameplate label with a paper towel or a clean cloth.

  4. Place each of the two new ratings labels in the front and rear sides of the Power Block by following steps five to seven given below.

  5. Use a permanent felt tip pen to mark these two labels with the installer or the service technician's initials and the date the work was performed.

  6. Remove the label's back liner to expose the adhesive.

  7. Follow these steps:

    1. Affix the new 160 kW label (20-002602-02)

    2. Affix the above new 160 kW label (20-002602-02) on top of the existing (older label: 20-002416-06) label only at the location shown below.

      The red rectangular section below indicates the location where the new label needs to be affixed:

      Affix the new 160 kW label exactly over the older label both in the front security panel and in the upper rear panel of the Power Block

    3. Fully cover the existing older rating's text.

      This new label should not cover any other text.

    4. Align the label edges +0 / -1.25 mm.

  8. Similarly, place the other new power ratings label at the rear side of the Power Block by:

    1. Opening the rear upper panel of the Power Block.

    2. Affixing the new label on top of the existing older label by following steps five to seven given above.
