Before You Begin

  1. Power Off.

    Wait at least five minutes for energy to dissipate.

  2. Open the display door.

After replacing the components, reverse the above steps to complete the service.

LCC Coolant Refill 

To refill the LCCClosed Liquid Cooled Cable coolant, follow these steps.

  1. Loosen (do not remove) the screws (x6).

    Torque the screws to 5.6 Nm (50 in-lb).

    Do not use impact driver to tighten fasteners.

  2. Remove the safety shield.

  3. Locate the funnel inside the LCCClosed Liquid Cooled Cable pump unit and remove it for coolant filling.

  4. Attach the funnel to the reservoir using the quick-connect fitting, and make sure it snaps securely into place.

  5. Fill the reservoir with coolant up to the REDClosed Route Enforcement Data level markings only.

  6. Disconnect the funnel and drain any remaining coolant into a container.

  7. Reverse the above steps to store the funnel and reinstall the safety shield.
