Logs
The Logs tab in the ChargePoint Platform provides detailed records of station activity, including load adjustments, shed operations, and safe power mode activations. You can use this tab to monitor energy management actions, track command execution, and analyze system performance. To access logs, log in to ChargePoint Platform and navigate to Manage Energy > Logs.
Use the Show/Hide Columns option to customize the fields that appear in the report.

Organization Name |
Displays the organization associated with the station. |

Group Name |
Specifies the custom or radio group to which the station belongs. |

Station |
Lists the specific station where the action was performed. |
|
MAC Address |
Provides the station’s unique MAC address for identification. |

Action |
Describes the action performed (e.g., Shed operation, Safe Power Mode activation). |
|
Allowed Load |
Indicates the permitted energy load for the station. |
|
Outlet Number |
Shows the outlet number where the action was applied. |
|
Time Remaining (hh:mm:ss) |
Displays the remaining duration for the applied action. |

Time Created (IST) |
Logs the time stamp when the action was initiated. |
|
Time Sent (IST) |
Logs the time stamp when the action was executed. |

Result |
Displays the outcome of the command (e.g., Operation Successful, Failed). |

Status |
Indicates the current status of the action (e.g., Success, Pending, Failed). |

Safe Power Mode Watt |
Shows the power level applied during safe power mode. |
|
Safe Power Mode Detection Time |
Logs the time stamp when safe power mode was detected. |

Safe Power Mode Adjustment Time |
Records when the system adjusted the power mode. |
|
Non-Compliance Time |
Tracks the duration when a station was non-compliant with energy limits. |

Notification Watt |
Displays the notification threshold for energy adjustments. |
|
User Name |
Displays the name of user who initiated the action. |
|
Initiator Type |
Indicates whether the action was initiated manually or automatically. |
You can apply multiple filters to narrow down the data. Select the Add Filter button to include additional fields. Select Contains/Does Not Contain/Is from the drop-down list. Select Match all or Match any radio button. Click Apply Filters to take into consideration the selection made in the filter and generate the report.
Click the Export button to download the data for analysis, auditing, troubleshooting, or compliance tracking.
Export (visible columns): Exports only the fields selected in the Show/Hide Columns.
Export (all columns): Exports all connection data fields, regardless of visibility.
Click Refresh to get the latest results.
