Pricing Policies
Configuring pricing policies allows network managers to set up conditions for pricing and reservation that can be applied to an individual station or a station group.
To access the Pricing Policies tab, log in to ChargePoint CMS Suite and navigate to Finance > Pricing Policies.
The table below describes the fields available in this tab.
Click the
icon to customize the columns in the overview table. Select parameters and click Apply to modify the overview table.

Description |

Org Name |
Displays the name of the organization. |

Pricing Policy Name |
Displays the name of the pricing policy applied to the station or station group. |
|
Reservation |
Indicates whether reservation is enabled for the station or station group. |

Description |
Displays a description of the pricing policy. |
|
Driver Group or Fleet |
Specifies the driver group or fleet to which the policy is applied. |
|
Pricing Rule |
Specifies the pricing rule that is configured as part of the policy. |
|
Last Update Time (IST) |
Specifies the last updated time for the pricing policy. |
|
Updated By |
Displays the name of the user that updated the pricing policy. |
|
Version |
Specifies the version of the pricing policy. |
|
Applied To (No. of Stations) |
Displays the number of stations to which the pricing policy is applied. |
Click the
Filter icon to filter the data. Specify a parameter from the Filter drop-down. Select Contains/Does Not Contain/Is from the Condition drop-down and enter a Value for the filter. You can apply multiple filters simultaneously to narrow down the data by clicking the + Add Filter button. Click Apply Filters to apply the selected filters and generate updated results. Click the
icon to remove filters from the search. Click Clear all to remove all the filters.
Click on the horizontal ellipsis (...) under the Actions parameter to view options available for modifying or deleting a pricing policy.
Click on a policy in the overview tab to open the pricing policy details panel. You can access pricing policy information and their respective driver groups. Additionally, from the panel, click Edit or Delete to modify the pricing policy.
