Report List

The Report List provides a centralized location to view, manage, and access all available reports. This feature is designed to help users monitor key metrics, analyze trends, and make informed decisions based on historical and real-time data.

Field Name Description

Report Name

An unique name assigned to a report. It includes key metadata such as the report type, date, parameters used, or associated assets.

Start Time

The Start Time specifies the exact time on the Start Date when data collection begins for the report. It defines the timestamp from which the report starts including data.

End Time

The End Time specifies the exact time on the End Date when data collection ends for the report. It defines the cutoff point for the data included in the report.

Report type

Lists one of the following report type:

  • Custom: Build fully customized reports to meet specific business requirements using tailored filter criteria.

  • Energy: Track the amount of energy dispensed by chargers, filtered by your selected parameters.

  • Minimal Dataset: Generate a report with a streamlined dataset of session activity, filtered as needed.

  • Session Detail: Generate a detailed report of charging sessions, customized using selected filters.

  • Sessions Summary: Create a high-level summary of session activity, based on your chosen criteria.

  • Uptime: Measure charger uptime and availability, with flexible filtering options for deeper insights.

  • Utilization: Analyze charger utilization rates with the ability to apply various filters.

Recurrence

Specifies the frequency at which the report is generated.

  • Once

  • Daily

  • Weekly (any day)

  • Monthly

  • Quarterly (1st Jan, 1st April, 1st Jul, 1st Oct)

Status

Lists the report status indicator selected:

  • Scheduled: Indicates that the report has been planned for generation at a future time.

  • Queued: When a report is in the queued status, it means that it is waiting in line to be processed.

  • Ready: A report marked as ready signifies that it has been successfully generated and is available for download.

  • Failed: Indicates that the report was not generated due to an error.

  • Expired: If a report is labeled as expired, it means that it is no longer accessible or valid for use, typically due to the passage of time or changes in relevant data.

Creation date

Specifies the date on which the report was created.

Creator name

Specifies the name of the person who crated the report.

Actions

Click on the horizontal ellipsis (...) under the Actions parameter to view the available options for managing and using existing reports effectively:

  • Duplicate: Use this option to create a new report using the same setup as an existing one. This saves time by eliminating the need to configure it from scratch.

  • Regenerate: Regenerate the report with the same parameters used before.
