CARB Label Instructions
California Air Resources Board regulation §2360.1 includes the Requirements for Labeling established by CARB. All DC stations that are for public use are subject to §2360.1 (b) and as such are required to have a label indicating the fuel rating of the electricity supplied by the dispenser.
CARB label instructions: Apply this ratings label to the station following the instructions below. Exact label location varies depending on station model.
Before applying the label, wipe down the surface with a lint-free cloth and the provided isopropyl alcohol wipes. Carefully apply the label onto the station so that there are no air bubbles or scratches.
Express 250: On the holster side of the middle rear panel, aligned with the top edge of the panel.
Express 200: Two labels on the sides of the station, directly behind the holsters and in front of the bezels.
Express 100: On the top of the holster shroud.
