Drivers

The Drivers tab allows you to access and manage driver-related data. You can add and organize drivers, manage driver accounts, and handle connections. You find driver details such as an employee ID, the connection name a driver is connected to, connection date, currency of transaction and whether a home charger has been requested or not.

Log in to your ChargePoint Driver Management Solution account and navigate to Drivers > Drivers to see the list of drivers.

Drivers
Field Name Description

Account Type

Specifies the type of driver account.

Currency Name

Displays the currency used by the driver.

Driver Connected with Organisation Name

Displays the organisation associated with the driver.

Driver Connection Date (IST)

Displays the date the driver was connected.

Driver Connection Info

Provides additional connection details.

Driver Connection Name

Displays the name associated with the driver’s connection.

Driver Connection Status

Displays the current status of the driver’s connection.

Driver First Name

Displays the first name of the driver.

Driver Group Name

Indicates the group assigned to the driver.

Driver Last Name

Displays the last name of the driver.

Evatar Name

Displays the Evatar name associated with the driver. Evatar is an image associated with each driver's account, displayed alongside their username.

EVSE ID

Indicates the Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment Id.

Home NOSlet

Provides details of the home station where the account was originally created.

Migrated to Another Region

Indicates whether the driver has migrated from base location to another region.

Plug and Charge Certificates

Displays details about plug and charge certificates.

Station S/N

Displays the serial number of the station.

The Update Connection drop-down list allows you to handle the driver's connection requests. You can select a driver from the table and choose one of the following options from the drop-down list:

  • Approve: Accepts the driver’s connection request.
  • Deny: Rejects the driver’s connection request.

  • Remove: Disconnects the driver from the system.

Use the Show/Hide Columns option to customise the fields that appear in the report.

Click the Export button to download the data for analysis, auditing, troubleshooting, or compliance tracking.

Export (visible columns): Exports only the fields selected in the Show/Hide Columns.

Export (all columns): Exports all connection data fields, regardless of visibility.
