Connections
A connection contains benefits that you intend to offer to drivers. Each driver will get their own connection with a specific set of benefits. You must create multiple connections if you do not want all your drivers to receive the same set of benefits.
Include the drivers' use case (i.e., offered benefits) in the connection name. For example, enter the name of the customer organisation and the benefits which are offered for the organisation and driver group, such as if ABC Co. is offering both home and public charging benefits to a group of drivers (i.e., employees) and only public charging benefits to another group of drivers, create the following two connections:
-
ABC Home and Public (i.e., for offering both home and public charging benefits)
-
ABC Public (i.e., for offering only public charging benefits)
The Connections tab allows you to create and manage driver connections. The Connections tab lets you find connection details, such as the benefits offered to a driver, the number of drivers connected to a connection, and whether a connection is enabled or disabled. To view driver connections, log in to your organisation's ChargePoint Driver Management Solution account and navigate to Drivers > Connections.
Tip: To find a connection out of many, apply filters such as connection name (i.e., customer name).
