Approve Drivers
Drivers will open the connection link you sent to sign up for the benefits and create a ChargePoint driver account if necessary. You will receive connection requests from drivers.
To review the connection requests and ensure that they are from the drivers you invited, log in to your ChargePoint Driver Management Solution account and complete the following steps:

To review and approve drivers, navigate to Dashboard > Connection Requests, review the connection request and click Approve.
Tip:Enable connection alerts to receive email alerts when drivers send connection requests.
If you cannot verify a driver, deny the connection request with a message requesting the driver to provide the verification information (i.e., employee ID)

To verify the driver connection status, navigate to Drivers > Drivers and confirm that the Driver Connection Status column displays CONNECTED.
