Invite Drivers
To find a connection and invite drivers, complete the following steps:

Log in to your ChargePoint Driver Management Solution account and navigate to Drivers > Connections.

From the list of connections displayed, click Invite drivers button under the Action column.

Copy the URL or QR code from the pop-up window and send it to the drivers so that they can request to charge.
Once the drivers are invited, approve the connection requests from drivers to connect them if Manual has been selected as Approval type. See Approve Drivers.
If the Invite Drivers button is grayed out, the connection is disabled. See Create a New Connection to enable the Customer ID status.
