Edit Connection or Driver

You can edit a driver's details such as driver verification information or connection details such as connection status, connection name, customer ID, support email, and requested driver verification information.

To edit a connection or driver, log in to your ChargePoint Driver Management Solution account and navigate to Drivers > Connections, select the connection and click Edit Connection.

If the reimbursement rate is lowered and the driver has a higher amount entered than the new limit, it will automatically adapt this amount in the driver app with a push notification to the drivers email address. If the amount is set to a higher rate, it will generate a push notification to the driver asking them to review the amount.
