Revise Benefits

ChargePoint recommends that you do not edit an existing connection to revise the benefits.

To revise the benefits after the drivers have signed up for a connection, complete the following steps:

1. Create a new connection with revised benefits. See Create Connections.

2. Copy and send the new connection link to the drivers. See Invite Drivers.

3. Ask the drivers to delete the existing connection link in the ChargePoint app and log into their ChargePoint driver account by opening the new connection link. Once the driver moves, the original connection should be disabled if that is no longer intended to be used.

   Tip: The drivers can delete the existing connection link by accessing navigating to ChargePoint App > Account > Connections.
