Home Bundled Install Details
To access the Home bundled install details report, log in to your ChargePoint Driver Management Solution account and navigate to Reports > Financial > Lease Co > Home bundled install details. You can find the following home charger installation details for a driver and/or customer:

Specifies the payment model selected for this connection. |

Specifies the amount of the budget if the business model budget applies to the connection. |

The installer has not yet scheduled the remote site survey. |

In Progress |
The installer has scheduled the remote site survey. Depending on the outcome of the remote survey, the installer may visit the site to check it in person. If the customer has an on-site visit as a part of the package, we invoice the customer and if it is not part of the package, the installation partner will invoice this visit to the driver/user. |

On Hold |
The installation is delayed due to issues from the driver's side. |
|
Survey OK – Not Scheduled |
The installer has approved the site but has not yet scheduled the installation. |
|
Install – Scheduled |
The installer has scheduled the installation. |
|
Charger activation in progress |
The installer has initiated the charger activation and it is in progress. |
|
Charger activated |
The installer has activated the charger and has not yet completed the job completion document. |
|
Charger activation failed |
The installer has noticed that the charger activation has failed for some reason. |
|
Completed |
The installer has completed the job completion document and uploaded it to the portal. |
|
Closed – Not Installed – Higher Cost |
The installer has closed the job and not installed the charger because the cost of installation is higher than the standard bundle cost. |

Closed – Not Installed – Uninstallable |
The installer has closed the job and not installed the charger because the location is not suitable for installation. |
|
Closed – Not Installed – Unresponsive |
The installer has closed the job and not installed the charger because the driver did not respond to communication. |

Closed – Not Installed – Other |
The installer has closed the job and not installed the charger for some other reason. |

When it is not possible to install a home charger at the driver's house, both the Network Manager and the Driver will receive an email with a notification of the decision.

If a home charger installation is not possible at all, the driver can only use the public charging benefits.
You can apply multiple filters to narrow down the data. Select the Add Filter button to include additional fields. Select Contains/Does Not Contain/Is from the drop-down list. Select Match all or Match any radio button. Click Apply Filters to take into consideration the selection made in the filter and generate the report.
Click the Export button to download the data for analysis, auditing, troubleshooting, or compliance tracking.
Export (visible columns): Exports only the fields selected in the Show/Hide Columns.
Export (all columns): Exports all connection data fields, regardless of visibility.
