Reservations Report

The Reservation Report tab displays a table containing reservation data. You can customize the visible data and export the report for offline analysis.

To view the reservation report, log in to ChargePoint Platform and navigate to Reports > Reservations > Reservation Report.

Use the Show/Hide Columns option to customize the fields that appear in the report.

Field

Description

Org Name

Name of the organization that owns or manages the charging station.

Station Name

Name of the station where the reservation was made.

Start Date

Date when the reservation begins.

End Date

Date when the reservation ends.

Driver Name

Name of the driver who made the reservation.

Driver Account Number

Unique identifier for the driver’s ChargePoint account.

Currency

Currency used for the reservation transaction.

Reservation Fee

Amount charged for the reservation.

Exchange Rate (USD 1.000)

Conversion rate applied for USD to local currency.

Port Number

Port number assigned for the reservation.

You can apply multiple filters to narrow down the data. Select the Add Filter button to include additional fields. Select Contains/Does Not Contain/Is from the drop-down list. Select Match all or Match any radio button. Click Apply Filters to take into consideration the selection made in the filter and generate the report.

Click the Export button to download the data for analysis, auditing, troubleshooting, or compliance tracking.

Export (visible columns): Exports only the fields selected in the Show/Hide Columns.

Export (all columns): Exports all connection data fields, regardless of visibility.

ChargePoint recommends using the Waitlist feature instead of Reservations for a better experience. Waitlist allows drivers to queue when all stations are occupied, improving accessibility for both drivers and station owners.
