Alarms
The Alarms tab provides a list of current and historical alarms generated by charging stations. Certain alarms may also be triggered by cloud connectivity issues, such as loss of network connection.
To view the Alarm reports, log in to ChargePoint Platform and navigate to Reports > Alarms.
Use the Current/Historical drop-down list to filter alarms by type. Available options include:

Current Alarms

Historical alarms

All Alarms
To clear the selection, click Clear icon.
Use the Show/Hide Columns option to customize the fields that appear in the report.

Display Name |
The name of the alarm displayed in the system interface. |

MAC Address |
MAC address of the affected station or component. |

Org Name |
Name of the organization from which the alarm was generated. |

Alarm Severity |
Severity level of the alarm. Valid values: Critical, High, Medium, Low. |

Alarm Name |
Details of the alarm. |

Alarm ID |
Unique identifier for the alarm. |

FRU Name |
Name of the Field Replaceable Unit (FRU) in which the alarm was identified. |

Alarm Time |
Time-stamp when the alarm was triggered. |
|
System S/N |
Serial number of the system in which the alarm was identified. |

Model Number |
Model number of the station or component related to the alarm. |
|
Port |
Port number or identifier where the alarm occurred. |
|
Reason For Clearing |
A note describing the actions taken to resolve the issue and clear the alarm. |

Component Serial Number |
Serial number of the component associated with the alarm. |
You can apply multiple filters to narrow down the data. Select the Add Filter button to include additional fields.

Select Match all or Match any radio button. Click Apply Filters to take into consideration the selection made in the filter and generate the report.
Click the Export button to download the data for analysis, auditing, troubleshooting, or compliance tracking.
Export (visible columns): Exports only the fields selected in the Show/Hide Columns.
Export (all columns): Exports all connection data fields, regardless of visibility.
