Pricing Policy

Configuring pricing policies allows network managers to set up conditions for pricing and reservation that can be applied to an individual station or a station group. Create a pricing policy that defines custom pricing rules to custom driver groups.

Access Policy

Control access to charging stations by configuring an access policy. Configure policies that can be applied to individual stations, groups of stations, or all stations within an organization.

Station Messages

Create a station message to leave useful tips to drivers and driver groups that access your charging stations. You can apply, edit, and remove a station message from a ChargePoint station.

Video Ads

Video Ads enable users to display full-motion video ads and video slide shows on the ChargePoint charging stations. Easily upload videos or ads to drive sales.

Local Information Message

The Local Information feature allows station owners to display custom text on station screens which aids in adhering to regulatory requirements. Display regulatory information on charging station screens.

Waitlist

Create and customize individual waitlist policies that allow drivers to get in line when your charging stations are all in use.

Connections

Connections allows station owners to specify who (drivers) are eligible to receive special benefits on their stations, such as access to restricted stations, or discounted pricing (even free) on stations that charge a fee.

Reports

Create customized reports using filters to access logs, financial information, analytics, audit trail etc.

Fleets

A fleet consists of a collection of vehicles that share common information configured for the group, including pricing, access control, funding, and telematics integration. Each vehicle within the fleet is linked to a unique vehicle identifier and an RFID card serial number. Set up fleets, manage vehicles, monitor usage, and optimize fleet operations.

Admins

The Admins tab allows the Network Manager to enable a coworker from their respective organization to create and edit connections, invite, approve, and remove drivers and view and export reports.
