Approve Driver Connections

ChargePoint CMS Suite enables station hosts to approve single or multiple driver connections.

To approve a driver connection, complete the following steps:

1. Log in to the ChargePoint CMS Suite.

2. Navigate to Dashboard.
   The Dashboard tab displays a pop-up when there are driver connections to be activated. Click the Review Requests button to be automatically navigated to the Drivers tab with the filter applied as PENDING.
   

   (or)

   Alternatively, you can also navigate to Driver Management > Drivers.
   

   Click the Filter icon and select the Connection Status parameter from the Filter drop-down. Enter "PENDING" in the Value field and then, click Apply Filters to generate updated results and view the driver connections waiting for your review.

3. Go to the driver connection you want to activate and click on the horizontal ellipsis (...) under the Actions parameter.

   Click Approve to activate the driver connection, or click Deny to reject the driver connection request.

   (or)

   Alternatively, select one or more driver accounts you want to activate by clicking on the check-boxes next to the Driver A/C number.

   Click Approve to activate the driver connections, or click Deny to reject the driver connection requests.
