The Drivers tab allows you to access and manage driver-related data. You can add and organize drivers, manage driver accounts, and handle connections. To view and manage the driver accounts, log in to ChargePoint CMS Suite and navigate to Driver Management > Drivers. Refer to the following table for detailed explanation of each field. Displays the current status of the driver account. Account Type
Specifies the type of driver account. Acc Creation Date (IST)
Displays the date the driver account was created. User Name
Displays the user name assigned to the driver. EVatar Name
Displays the EVatar name associated with the driver. EVatar is an image associated with each driver's account, displayed alongside their username. First Name
Displays the first name of the driver. Last Name
Displays the last name of the driver. Email Address
Displays the driver’s email address. Phone
Displays the driver’s phone number. Address Line 1

NEMA Card UID A Unique Identifier (UID) assigned to a smart card that aligns with standards referenced by the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) standard. Driver Group Name
Indicates the group assigned to the driver. Plug and Charge Certificates
Displays details about plug and charge certificates. Migrated
Indicates whether the driver has migrated from base location to another region. Currency Name
Displays the currency used by the driver. EVSE ID
Indicates the Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment Id. System S/N
The System S/N (System Serial Number) is a unique 12-digit identifier for a specific EV charging station, used for identification, activation, and technical support. It is commonly used by station owners during the activation process. Click on the horizontal ellipsis (...) under the Actions parameter to view options available for Click the Drivers
