The Drivers tab allows you to access and manage driver-related data. You can add and organize drivers, manage driver accounts, and handle connections. To view and manage the driver accounts, log in to ChargePoint Platform and navigate to Driver Management > Drivers. Refer to the following table for detailed explanation of each field. Unique identifier for the driver account. Driver A/C Status
Displays the current status of the driver account. Account Type
Specifies the type of driver account. Acc Creation Date (IST)
Displays the date the driver account was created. User Name
Displays the user name assigned to the driver. EVatar Name
Displays the EVatar name associated with the driver. EVatar is an image associated with each driver's account, displayed alongside their username. First Name
Displays the first name of the driver. Last Name
Displays the last name of the driver. Email Address
Displays the driver’s email address. Phone
Displays the driver’s phone number. Address Line 1
Displays the first line listed in the driver's address. Address Line 2
Displays the second line listed in the driver's address. City
Displays the city listed in the driver's address. State/Province

Indicates the unique Id of the site. ChargePoint Card S/N Displays the serial number of the ChargePoint card. ChargePoint Card RFID Displays the serial number of the ChargePoint RFID card. Driver Group Name
Indicates the group assigned to the driver. Plug and Charge Certificates
Displays details about plug and charge certificates. Migrated
Indicates whether the driver has migrated from base location to another region. Currency Name
Displays the currency used by the driver. EVSE ID
Indicates the Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment Id. Click the Click the Export button to download the data for analysis, auditing, troubleshooting, or compliance tracking. You can customize the Export Settings by adjusting the columns. You can select one of the following options: Visible columns only: Exports only the fields selected. All columns: Exports all connection data fields, regardless of visibility. You can also see the Format Type and Items included in export. Click Export Data to download the report. Drivers

Select Contains/Does Not Contain/Is from the Condition drop-down and enter a Value for the filter. Click Apply Filters to take into consideration the selection made in the filter and generate updated results. You can apply multiple filters simultaneously to narrow down the data. Click the
