Driver Groups

The Driver Groups tab allows you to organize drivers into groups for ease of management. You can create a new driver groups, apply filters to find drivers, and export driver group data. To view and manage Driver Groups, log in to ChargePoint Platform and navigate to Driver Management > Driver Groups.

Driver Groups
Field Description

Driver Group Name

Displays the group name.

Organization Name

Displays the name of organization associated with the group.

Number of Drivers

Indicates the total number of drivers in the group.

Connection Name

Displays the connection linked to the group.

Click the icon to filter the data. Select the Add Filter button and specify the parameter from the Filter drop-down. Select Contains/Does Not Contain/Is from the Condition drop-down and enter a Value for the filter. Click Apply Filters to take into consideration the selection made in the filter and generate updated results. You can apply multiple filters simultaneously to narrow down the data. Click the icon to remove filters from the search. Click Clear all to remove all the filters.

Click the Export button to download the data for analysis, auditing, troubleshooting, or compliance tracking. You can customize the Export Settings by adjusting the columns. You can select one of the following options:

  • Visible columns only: Exports only the fields selected.

  • All columns: Exports all connection data fields, regardless of visibility.

You can also see the Format Type and Items included in export. Click Export Data to download the report.

Click on the horizontal ellipsis (...) under the Actions parameter to view options available for managing driver groups.
