Recommendations

The Recommendations page in Notifications proactively identifies charging stations that may require attention. Recommendations are generated based on station activity and usage trends, helping operators identify potential issues before creating notification alerts.

To view Recommendations:

  1. Log in to ChargePoint CMS Suite.

  2. Navigate to Notifications > Recommendations.

The recommendations are arranged in cards with options to create an alert based on the recommendation or dismiss the recommendation.

To create an alert based on a recommendation:

  1. Click Create Alert in a recommendation card.

  2. Configure the notification rule.

  3. Click Create.

To dismiss a recommendation, click Dismiss in a recommendation card.
