Revision History

In the Prepare for Installation chapter:

• Added an IMPORTANT note stating that conduits must not have bell ends.

• Added cross-references to the wire specification appendices for North America and Europe.

• Updated the quantity of lifting straps from two to four in the Express Solo Package section.

In the Mount Express Solo chapter:

• Added steps and updated illustrations for securing jig alignment plates with anchor bolt nuts before wire pulling and removing them afterward.

• Added an IMPORTANT note and illustration specifying that auxiliary wires must not be pulled before cabinet mounting.

• Moved the Connect Charging Cables to Cable Management System section before Open Doors and Remove Safety Covers, changed the procedure from optional to mandatory, and added a holstering step.

• Updated the Lift Assembly section to show four lifting straps when using a forklift to lift Express Solo.

• Added and updated CAUTION statements to prevent cables from being pinched or crushed during cabinet lowering.

Appendices:

• Added Appendix: Wire Specifications (North America) and Appendix: Wire Specifications (Europe).

The following updates were made:

• Updated Required Tools and Materials section to specify a minimum crane lifting capacity of 1450 kg (3197 lb).

• Retitled Install Covers and Close Station chapter and added supporting illustrations for installing safety covers and closing the cabinet.

• In Pull and Test AC Input, DC BUS, and External DC Output Wires, added requirement for minimum wire pull height above grade.

The following updates were made:

• Replace all references to "HV High Voltage" and "LV Low Voltage" with specific name of interface or wire.

• Replace "DC BUS (EXT A)" with "DC BUS (intake side)".
