Organisations That See Me

The Orgs That See Me tab provides an overview of all the third-party organisations that have received rights. To access the Orgs That See Me tab, log in to your ChargePoint Driver Management Solution account and navigate to Organisations > Grant Rights > Orgs That See Me.

A Network Manager can click the View as Organisation button to see information that is available to the third-party organisations.

The table below describes the fields available in this tab.

Use the Show/Hide Columns option to customise the fields that appear in the report.

Orgs That See Me

Field Name	Description
From Organisation	Specifies the organisation that is granting the rights.
To Third-Party Organisation	Specifies the third-paty organisation that is receiving the rights.
Rights	Defines the rights that are being granted to the third-party organisation.
Over Orgs/Groups	Specifies the overall organisation or the custom group. An asterisk ( * ) in the Over Orgs/Groups column indicates that the third party has these rights to all of your stations under the overall organisation.
Description	Displays the description added for the right.
Date Granted (IST)	Specifies the date on which the rights were granted.
Created By	Specifies the name of the user and organisation that grants the rights.
From Org ID	Specifies the unique identifier for the organisation that is granting the rights.
To Third-Party Org ID	Specifies the unique identifier for the third-party organisation that is receiving the rights.

You can apply multiple filters to narrow down the data. Select the Add Filter button to include additional fields. Select Contains/Does Not Contain/Is from the drop-down list. Select Match all or Match any radio button. Click Apply Filters to take into consideration the selection made in the filter and generate the report.

Click the Export button to download the data for analysis, auditing, troubleshooting, or compliance tracking.
