The Drivers tab provides tools to manage and organize driver accounts. You can update driver connections, export data, and customize the information displayed. To view and manage the driver accounts, log in to ChargePoint Platform and navigate to Drivers > Drivers. Refer to the following table for detailed explanation of each field. Account Type

Displays the serial number of the ChargePoint card. Currency Name
Displays the currency used by the driver. Driver Account Creation Date (IST)
Displays the date the driver account was created. Driver Account Number

Displays the city listed in the driver's address. Driver Address Country

Displays the service provider’s organization name. Site ID
Indicates the unique Id of the site. Station S/N
Displays the serial number of the station. User ID
Displays the user Id assigned to the driver. The Update Connection drop-down list allows you to handle the driver's connection requests. You can select a driver from the table and choose one of the following options from the drop-down list: Deny: Rejects the driver’s connection request. Remove: Disconnects the driver from the system. Use the Show/Hide Columns option to customize the fields that appear in the report. The Export drop-down list allows you to export data by choosing one of the following options: Export (visible columns): Exports only the fields selected in the Show/Hide Columns. Export (all columns): Exports all driver data fields, regardless of visibility. The data is downloaded in You can apply multiple filters to narrow down the data. Select the Add Filter button to include additional fields. Select Contains/Does Not Contain/Is from the drop-down list. Select Match all or Match any radio button. Click Apply Filters to take into consideration the selection made in the filter and generate the report. Click on the check-box next to Driver Account Number and select Add to Driver Groupsto add drivers to the custom driver group.
