Notifications

The Notifications tab allows you to manage alerts for fleet reports and updates, ensuring you stay informed about key fleet activities through email or SMS notifications. To start receiving fleet notifications, configure the following steps:

1. Log in to ChargePoint Platform.

2. Navigate to Fleets > Notifications > Fleet Notifications > Daily Vehicle Plug-in Report Notification Settings. 

3. Enter your Email address to receive daily vehicle plug-in reports.

4. Enter you your mobile number to receive notifications via SMS.

5. Select the preferred Time of Day (Pacific Time) to receive your notifications.

6. Click Save to update the Fleet notification details. A message is displayed indicating that the fleet notification is updated successfully.

7. Click Cancel to discard the changes and close the window.
