Statements

The Statements tab provides detailed financial and transactional reports related to fleet activities. This report allows fleet operators and administrators to view, filter, and download statements for financial reconciliation. To access the Statements reports, log in to ChargePoint Platform and navigate to FleetsReports > Statements.

Use the Show/Hide Columns option to customize the fields that appear in the report.

The table is updated based on the selection, allowing you to focus on the most relevant information.

Statements Report

Field Name

Description

Org Name

The organization associated with the statement.

Fleets

The fleet linked to the transaction.

Payment ID

The unique identifier for the payment transaction.

Customer ID

The customer’s unique identification number.

Currency

The currency in which transactions are processed for example, Australian Dollars (AUD).

Amount

The total transaction amount.

Transaction Month

The month and year in which the transaction occurred.

PDF

Provides an option to download the statement in PDF format.

You can apply multiple filters to narrow down the data. Select the Add Filter button to include additional fields. Select Contains/Does Not Contain/Is from the drop-down list. Select Match all or Match any radio button. Click Apply Filters to take into consideration the selection made in the filter and generate the report.

Click the Export button to download the data for analysis, auditing, troubleshooting, or compliance tracking.

Export (visible columns): Exports only the fields selected in the Show/Hide Columns.

Export (all columns): Exports all connection data fields, regardless of visibility.
