Transactions

The Transactions tab provides detailed charging session data. To access the Transactions reports, log in to ChargePoint Platform and navigate to FleetsReports > Transactions.

Use the Show/Hide Columns option to customize the fields that appear in the report.

The table is updated based on the selection, allowing you to focus on the most relevant information.

Enter data in the following fields to generate various transactions reports:

Transactions Report

Field Name

Description

Org Name

The name of the organization linked to the charging.

Fleet

Fleet identifier or name.

Vehicle

Vehicle identifier or name.

Driver ID

A unique identifier linked to the driver participating in the session.

Station

The station associated with the charging.

Transaction Type

The transaction type.

Transaction ID

The transaction ID.

Transaction Date (Pacific Time)

The date or date range of the transaction, displayed in Pacific Time (PT).

Start Date

Start date of the session.

Start TZ

The time zone reference used for session start time references.

End Date

End date of the session.

End TZ

The time zone reference used for session end time references.

Total Duration

Total duration of the session.

Charging Time

The total time taken for a charging session.

Energy

Amount of energy consumed, measured in kilowatt-hours.

Odometer

Odometer reading at the end of the charging session.

Pricing Rule

Pricing rule for the session.

Currency

The currency used to pay for the charging session. For example, USD or AUD.

Fee

Fee incurred for the charging session.

Payment ID

A specific identifier associated with a payment transaction.

Customer ID

A unique identifier assigned to each customer.

Fraud Detection

Indicates whether fraud detection protocols were activated.

Click Update for a graphical representation of the transactions based on the values entered.

You can apply multiple filters to narrow down the data. Select the Add Filter button to include additional fields. Select Contains/Does Not Contain/Is from the drop-down list. Select Match all or Match any radio button. Click Apply Filters to take into consideration the selection made in the filter and generate the report.

Click the Export button to download the data for analysis, auditing, troubleshooting, or compliance tracking.

Export (visible columns): Exports only the fields selected in the Show/Hide Columns.

Export (all columns): Exports all connection data fields, regardless of visibility.
