Analytics

The Analytics tab allows you to access fleet performance metrics and energy consumption data. It also helps you monitor, analyze, and export fleet-related data efficiently. To access the Analytics reports, log in to ChargePoint Platform and navigate to Fleets > Reports > Analytics.

Enter data in the following fields to generate various analytics reports:

This drop-down determines the type of data to be displayed:

Energy: Displays energy consumption (in kWh).

Gasoline Savings: Displays estimated gasoline savings (in gallons).

GHG Savings: Displays greenhouse gas savings (in kWh).

Table: Displays the selected data in a tabular format.

By

Used to determine the time frame by which data is grouped.

Period

Specifies the date range for the data:

  • Today

  • Last 7 Days

  • This Month

  • Last 30 Days

  • Last 365 Days

  • This Year

  • Lifetime

  • Custom: Allows selection of specific start and end dates.

Click Update for a graphical representation of the analytics based on the values entered.

Energy: Provides energy usage trends and metrics using intuitive graphical insights.

Accumulated (kWh)

Displays cumulative energy usage over time.

Gasoline Savings: Provides details about the gasoline savings.

Displays cumulative gallons saved over time.

GHG Savings: Provides details about the Green House Gas savings.

Displays the GHG savings in kWh.

Accumulated (kWh)

Displays cumulative GHG saved over time.

You can apply multiple filters to narrow down the data. Select the Add Filter button to include additional fields. Select Contains/Does Not Contain/Is from the drop-down list. Select Match all or Match any radio button. Click Apply Filters to take into consideration the selection made in the filter and generate the report.

Click the Export button to download the data for analysis, auditing, troubleshooting, or compliance tracking.

Export (visible columns): Exports only the fields selected in the Show/Hide Columns.

Export (all columns): Exports all connection data fields, regardless of visibility.
