Access Analytics Chart

To access the Analytics chart, log in to ChargePoint Platform and navigate to Energy > Advanced Analytics > Analytics Chart.

The Analytics Chart header appears above each chart in all Analytics Reports. Use the View drop-down list to select the type of data displayed in the chart.

Description

Energy

The Energy report displays the total electricity output across all stations.

Use the By drop-down list to define how the data is grouped. You can choose from:

  • Object

  • Time of Day

Use the Period drop-down list to select a predefined time interval or a custom range:

  • Today

  • Last 7 Days

  • Last 30 Days

  • Last 90 Days

  • This Month

  • This Year

  • Lifetime

  • Custom

Use the Breakdown by drop-down list to categorize the details based on Driver Group.

After selecting your filters, click Update to generate the chart. The chart visually represents the selected data set with the following layout:

  • X-Axis: Displays the date interval based on the selected period.

  • Left Y-Axis: Shows energy values in kilowatt-hours (kWh).

  • Right Y-Axis: Displays accumulated totals in megawatt-hours (MWh).

This report helps identify energy usage trends over time or determine which stations and groups consume the most energy.

GHG Savings

The Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Savings report estimates the GHG emissions offset by electric vehicle charging. The report is based on national average. For additional details, refer to GHG related FAQs.

Use the By drop-down list to define how the data is grouped. You can choose from:

  • Object

  • Time of Day

Use the Period drop-down list to select a predefined time interval or a custom range:

  • Today

  • Last 7 Days

  • Last 30 Days

  • Last 90 Days

  • This Month

  • This Year

  • Lifetime

  • Custom

Power

The Power Report helps the station managers monitor and manage power consumption and distribution within their charging networks.

Use the By drop-down list and select Time of Day to define how data is grouped.

Use the Period drop-down list to select a predefined time interval or a custom range:

  • Today

  • Last 7 Days

  • Last 30 Days

  • Last 90 Days

  • This Month

  • This Year

  • Lifetime

  • Custom

After selecting the filters, click Update to generate the chart. The chart visually represents the selected data set with the following layout:

  • X-Axis: Displays the hourly interval based on the selected period.

  • Left Y-Axis: Displays the Power consumption in kilowatts (kW).

  • Right Y-Axis: Displays the Accumulated Power in kilowatts (kW).

Session Details Table

The Session Details Table provides a sortable overview of all charging session details.

Use the By drop-down list and select Time to group the data accordingly.

Use the Period drop-down list to select a predefined time interval or a custom range:

  • Today

  • Last 7 Days

  • Last 30 Days

  • Last 90 Days

  • This Month

  • This Year

  • Lifetime

  • Custom

After selecting the filters, click Update to generate the chart. The chart visually represents the selected data set with the following layout:

  • X-Axis: Displays the hourly interval based on the selected period.

  • Left Y-Axis: Displays the Power consumption in kilowatts (kW).

  • Right Y-Axis: Displays the Accumulated Power in kilowatts (kW).

Click Update to refresh the data displayed based on the values selected in the filters.

Use the Zoom slider to adjust the chart's data based on Station, Radio Group, Custom Group and Organization.

Click the Export button to download the data for analysis, auditing, troubleshooting, or compliance tracking.

Export (visible columns): Exports only the fields selected in the Show/Hide Columns.

Export (all columns): Exports all connection data fields, regardless of visibility.
