Apply Filters for Advanced Analytics

To apply filters in the Advanced Analytics overview tab, complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to ChargePoint Platform.

  2. Navigate to Manage Energy > Advanced Analytics.

    The Advanced Analytics overview tab is displayed.

  3. You can refine your results using the following filters:

    Filters for Advanced Analytics

    Field Name

    Description

    System S/N

    Filter by station serial number.

    MAC Address

    Search for a specific station using its MAC address.

    Station Name

    Locate stations by name.

    Organization Name

    Filter based on the associated organization.

    ChargePoint Card Number

    Identify data related to a specific ChargePoint card.

You can apply multiple filters to narrow down the data. Select the Add Filter button to include additional fields. Select Contains/Does Not Contain/Is from the drop-down list. Select Match all or Match any radio button. Click Apply Filters to take into consideration the selection made in the filter and generate the report.

Click the Export button to download the data for analysis, auditing, troubleshooting, or compliance tracking.

Export (visible columns): Exports only the fields selected in the Show/Hide Columns.

Export (all columns): Exports all connection data fields, regardless of visibility.
