Status/Actions

The Status/Actions tab outlines station status information. You can access station and port status, troubleshoot a port, update configuration settings, etc.

To access the Status/Actions tab, log in to ChargePoint Platform, navigate to Stations > Stations Overview > Table View. Navigate to the station you wish to access and click anywhere on the column. Tap View/Edit Property. Select the Status/Actions tab to access the following information.

Status/Actions

Field Name

Description

Station Status

Displays the station status. It also displays the reason for the current status and time of the last update.

Port Status

Displays the status of the ports. It also displays the reason for the current status and time of the last update.

Connectivity

Displays the strength of connectivity.

Last Session

Displays the details of the last session.

Load Shed Port

Specifies if load shedding is enable for the ports in the station.

Network Status

Displays the station network status.

Circuit Sharing

Specifies if circuit sharing is enable for the station.

OTA Updates

Displays OTA updates, if any.

Current Software Version

Displays the current software version.

Troubleshoot

Troubleshoot select ports using the following options:

  • Start Session: Initiate a charging session.

  • Stop Session: Terminate a charging session.

  • Mark Under Maintenance: Mark the specific port(s) as UNREACHABLE. Enter Case and Comment for the same and click Update.

  • Report a Problem: Specify the nature of the problem using the Problem and Specific Problem drop-downs and select Submit.

Contact Station

Contact the station to perform the following actions:

  • Resend Config

  • Reboot

  • Get Latest Status

  • Reset DCC

Enable the show diagnostics on station toggle to display diagnostic information on the station screen. Turning on station diagnostics will change the station interface and provide technical details used for troubleshooting.

Activation Settings

Perform the following actions:

  • Replace Hardware

  • Deactivate

Enable/Disable

Enable and disable the station.

Alarms

Configure alarms for the station.

Circuit Sharing

Enable and disable circuit sharing for the station.

Enable/Disable Station Logs

Enable and disable logs for the station.
