Stations Status
The Stations Status tab categorizes stations and ports based on their status. To access the Stations Status, log in to ChargePoint Platform, navigate to Charger Management > Stations Status.
Stations and ports are classified and listed based on the following status parameters:

Faulted: Stations and ports that have faults reported.

Unreachable: Stations and ports that are unreachable.

Occupied: Stations and ports that are occupied.

Available: Stations and ports that are available.
-
Unavailable: Stations and ports that are unavailable.
Stations and ports are populated under their respective status. The table below outlines the parameters available in the Stations Status tab.

Name |
Displays a list of station names classified under their respective status parameters (Faulted, Unreachable, Occupied, Available and Unavailable). |

Stations |
Displays the number of stations classified under their respective status parameters. |

Ports |
Displays the number of ports classified under their respective status parameters. |

New |
Specifies if the station is newly added. |
|
NOC Owner |
Specifies the Network Operations Center (NOC) owner for the charging station. |
Select the check-box next to the Name field and click Clear Status to clear the entries against the status/stations selected.
