Station Messages

Station Messages tab enables users to apply, edit, and remove a station message from a ChargePoint station. Station messages prove useful to the drivers and driver groups that access the station for information.

To access the Station Messages tab, log in to ChargePoint Platform and navigate to Charger Management > Station Messages.

The table below describes the fields available in this tab.

Station Messages

Field Name

Description

Org Name

Displays the name of the organization.

Station Message Name

Displays the name of the station message.

Station Message Text

Displays the station message text applied to the station or station group.

Station Message Description

Displays the description for the station message applied to the station or station group.

Last Updated (IST)

Specifies the last updated date and time for the station message.

Updated By

Specify the user that updated the station message.

Version

Specifies the version of the station message.

No. of Stations

Specifies the number of stations with the station message.

Actions

Click on the horizontal ellipsis (...) under the Actions parameter to view the following options for managing the rules:

  • Edit Message: Use this option to modify the station messages. Click Update Message to confirm the changes or Cancel to discard the changes. For more information, see Edit Message.

  • Delete Message: Use this option to permanently remove a station message that is no longer needed. Click Delete to remove the message or Cancel to discard the changes. For more information, see Delete Message.

Click the icon to filter the data. Specify a parameter from the Filter drop-down. Select Contains/Does Not Contain/Is from the Condition drop-down and enter a Value for the filter. You can apply multiple filters simultaneously to narrow down the data by clicking the Add Filter button. Click Apply Filters to apply the selected filters and generate updated results. Click the icon to remove filters from the search. Click Clear all to remove all the filters.
