Edit Message

To edit a station message, complete the following steps:

1. Log into ChargePoint Platform.

2. Navigate to Charger Management > Station Messages.

3. Navigate to the organization and its respective station message to edit the message.

4. Click on the horizontal ellipsis (...) under the Actions parameter and click Edit Message.

5. You can modify the following parameters:

   Station Messages

   Field Name	Description
   Station Message Name	Modify the name for the station message.
   Description	Modify the description of this message for internal use.
   Station Message Text Line 1	Modify the first text line for the station message. You can have a maximum of 15 characters for the fixed top line.
   Station Message Text Line 2	Modify the second text line for the station message. You can have a maximum of 64 characters max for the continuously scrolling bottom line.

6. Click Update Message to save the changes or Cancel to discard the changes.

   The message is saved and automatically updated on all the stations where it has been applied.
