Delete Message

To remove a station message from an individual station or a group of stations, complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to ChargePoint Platform.

  2. Navigate to Charger Management > Station Messages.

  3. Navigate through the Custom Groups or Radio Groups to your charging station.

  4. Click on the horizontal ellipsis (...) under the Actions parameter and click Delete Message.

  5. Click Delete to remove the message or Cancel to discard the changes.

When the message is successfully removed, it disappears from the Current Station Message column and from all the stations to which it had been applied.
