Stations

The Stations tab under Charger Management provides information on all the charging stations available on the platform. Stations are categorized based on Station name, Station ID, Depot, Energy group, Manufacturer, Model etc. You can customize the list of stations using filters and export the data if needed. You can add and edit charging stations, change their configuration, see the historical charging sessions and the historical faults.

To access the Stations overview, log into ChargePoint Platform and navigate to Charger Management > Stations. You can switch between Table and Map views to access the station overview details. To access a visual representation of stations and their availability across the NA region, click on Map.

Click the icon to customize the columns of the overview table.

The table below outlines the available columns you can include in the Table View tab.

Stations

Field Name

Description

Station UUID

Displays the UUID (Universally Unique Identifier) of the station.

Station Name

Displays the name of the station.

Org Name

Displays the name of the organization.

MAC Address

Displays the MAC Address of the station.

System S/N

Displays the System Serial Number of the station.

Address 1

Displays the first line of address of the station.

Address 2

Displays the second line of address of the station.

Floor Label

Displays the label indicating and highlighting the location of the charging station.

City

Displays the city in which the station is located.

State

Displays the state in which the station is located.

Zip/Postal Code

Displays the zip or postal code wherein the station is located.

County

Displays the country in which the station is located.

Country

Displays the country in which the station is located.

Activation Status

Indicates activation status of the station. A green tick indicates that the station is activated.

Network Status

Indicates the network status of the station as one of the following: Reachable or Unreachable.

Station Status

Indicates the station status. For more information, see Status View.

Port 1 Status

Indicates the individual port's operating state. It indicates whether the port is available for charging, occupied by a vehicle, offline, or in another status.

Port 2 Status

Indicates the individual port's operating state. It indicates whether the port is available for charging, occupied by a vehicle, offline, or in another status.

No. of Ports

Displays the number of ports in a particular charging station.

Pricing Policy Name

Displays the name of the pricing policy applied to the station.

Reservations

Displays the name of the reservation policy applied to the station.

Station Message

Displays the station message that is configured to display on the charging station.

Enabled

Specifies if the station message is enabled.

Station Activation Type

Indicates the station activate type as one of the follows: Public or Private.

Usable By

Specifies who can use the charging station.

Visibility (Access Policy Name)

Displays the name of the access policy configured to specify and manage station usage.

Model Number

Displays the station's model number.

EVSE ID

Displays the Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment ID.

Customer Category

Specifies the customer category that uses the charging station such as Parking, Workplace, Retail etc.

Customer Subcategory

Specifies the customer subcategory that uses the charging station such Commercial, General etc.

Circuit Sharing

Indicates whether circuit sharing is enabled.

Currency Name

Displays the name of the currency being used at the charging station.

Power Select / AC Breaker Rating

Indicates the power limit on a charging station and the specific point where the charger switches from AC to DC. The limit is specified in amperes (A).

Scheduled Charging Policy Name

Displays the name of the scheduled charging policy applied to the charging station.

Warranty Type

Displays the warranty type.

Station Activation Date

Displays the date the station was activated.

Warranty Expiration Date

Displays the expiration date for the warranty.

Warranty Service

Specifies the type of warranty service availed from ChargePoint.

Plug Type

Specifies the plug type of the charging station.

Device Access Restriction

Indicates if there are access restriction applied to the station.

Waitlist Policy Name

Displays the name of the waitlist policy applied to the station.

Asset Tag ID

Displays a unique identifier assigned to the charging station.

Meter ID

Displays a unique identifier for the meter in a charging station.

Service Delivery Point ID

Displays a unique identifier for the service delivery point.

Point of Service ID

Displays a unique identifier for the point of service.

Account ID

Displays a unique identifier for the ChargePoint account.

Circuit ID

Displays a unique identifier for the circuit.

Panel ID

Displays a unique identifier for the panel.

Customer Name

Displays the name of the customer.

Site ID

Displays the unique identifier of the site.

Program Tags

Specifies the program tags.

Site Validation Status

Indicates the validation status of the charging station site as one of the follows: Validated or Not Validated.

Latitude

Specifies the latitude of the charging station.

Longitude

Specifies the longitude of the charging station.

Port 1 Meter ID

Displays a unique identifier for the Port 1 meter.

Port 2 Meter ID

Displays a unique identifier for the Port 2 meter.

Click the icon to filter the data. Select the Add Filter button and specify the parameter from the Filter drop-down. Select Contains/Does Not Contain/Is from the Condition drop-down and enter a Value for the filter. Click Apply Filters to take into consideration the selection made in the filter and generate updated results. You can apply multiple filters simultaneously to narrow down the data. Click the icon to remove filters from the search. Click Clear all to remove all the filters.

Click the Export button to download the data for analysis, auditing, troubleshooting, or compliance tracking. You can customize the Export Settings by adjusting the columns. You can select one of the following options:

  • Visible columns only: Exports only the fields selected.

  • All columns: Exports all connection data fields, regardless of visibility.
