Delete or Disable an Admin Account

When a coworker is no longer an admin, you can delete or disable that coworker's account. To delete or disable an admin account, complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to your ChargePoint Driver Management Solution account.

  2. Navigate to Organisations > Admins.

  3. Select the admin user you wan to modify.

  4. To disable an admin account, click View/Edit and navigate to Status under Account. Click Disable to disable an account.

    You can disable an admin account and enable it later by editing it.

  5. To delete an admin account, click Delete Admin.

    Click Delete to confirm the action.

  6. Click Cancel to discard the changes and close the window.
