Edit an Admin Account
You can edit your coworker's account to change the display language, contact information, assign a new role or permissions, or enable connection alerts. To edit an admin account, complete the following steps:

Log in to your ChargePoint Driver Management Solution account.

Navigate to Organisations > Admins.

Select the admin user you want to modify.

Click View/Edit to edit admin roles and permissions.

Click Edit to modify the following information:
Admin Account Field Name
Description
Account
Status
Displays the status of the admin account.
Enable or Disable an admin to modify the status of the admin account. Disabling an admin will prevent the admin from logging in.
First Name
Modify the first name of the admin.
Last Name
Modify the last name of the admin.
Connection Alerts
Enable this option to receive an email containing all pending connection attempts, whenever a driver attempts to connect to your Organisation.
Contact Info
E-mail
Modify the e-mail address of the admin account.
Phone
Modify the phone number of the admin account.
Mobile Phone
Modify the mobile phone number of the admin account.
Fax
(Optional) Modify the fax number of the admin account.
Address
Modify the address of the admin account.
Country
Modify the country of the admin account.
County/Region
Modify the county/region of the admin account.
City
Modify the city of the admin account.
Postal Code
Modify the postal code of the admin account address.
Preferred Language
Modify the Preferred Language settings for the admin account. Select a language of your choice from the drop-down list.
Privileges
Role
Modify the role of the admin account. For information on admin roles and their respective privileges, see Role.
Assign Station Group Permissions
Choose one of the following if the organisation has workplace stations:

Select the Everything Present & Future under Assign Station Group Permissions to allow access to all the station groups present now and in the future as a part of the organisation you have selected.

Select custom station groups by expanding the organisation to limit access.
Assign Driver Group Permissions
Choose one of the following:

Select the Everything Present & Future under Assign Driver Group Permissions to allow access to all the driver groups present now and in the future as a part of the organisation you have selected.

Select custom driver groups by expanding the organisation to limit access.

Click Save to apply the changes.

Click Cancel to discard the changes and close the window.

Click Back to Admin List to return to the admin overview page.
Other admin roles, such as Connections Officer and Analyst, cannot edit their own accounts. Only a Network Manager can edit an admin account. Hover over Roles to understand different privileges and their respective roles.
