Extended Warranties

The Extended Warranties tab provides a stock of all the information relevant to warranties purchased for ChargePoint products.

To access the Extended Warranties tab, log in to ChargePoint Platform and navigate to Organizations > Inventory > Extended Warranties.

The table below describes the fields available in this tab.

Use the Show/Hide Columns option to customize the fields that appear in the report.

Extended Warranties

Field Name

Description

EVSE ID

Displays a unique identifier for the Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE).

Org Name

Displays the name of the organization.

Org ID

Displays a unique identifier of the organization.

Station Name

Displays the name of the station.

Warranty S/N

Displays the serial number for the warranty.

Station S/N

Displays the serial number for the extended warranty.

Order Date

Displays the date the warranty was ordered.

Part No.

Displays the part number for the warranty.

Product Name

Displays the name of the product for which the warranty is purchased.

Purchase Order

Specifies the purchase order details.

Sales Order

Specifies the sales order with a unique identifier.

Ship Date

Displays the date the order was shipped.

Status

Specifies the status of the warranty (New, Available, Active and Expired).

Term (years)

Specifies the term/duration of the warranty purchased.

Warranty Type

Specifies the type of warranty purchased for the product.

Activation Date (Pacific Time)

Displays the date the warranty was activated.

Plan Start Date (Pacific Time)

Displays the date the warranty plan was started.

Plan End Date (Pacific Time)

Displays the date the warranty plan will end.

Customer Name

Displays the customer name.

Customer ID

Displays a unique identifier for the customer.

Customer Reference

Displays a description as a reference for the customer.

You can apply multiple filters to narrow down the data. Select the Add Filter button to include additional fields. Select Contains/Does Not Contain/Is from the drop-down list. Select Match all or Match any radio button. Click Apply Filters to take into consideration the selection made in the filter and generate the report.

Click the Export button to download the data for analysis, auditing, troubleshooting, or compliance tracking.

Export (visible columns): Exports only the fields selected in the Show/Hide Columns.

Export (all columns): Exports all connection data fields, regardless of visibility.
