Port Tokens

The Port Tokens tab provides a stock of all the information relevant to the port tokens purchased as part of the cloud plan.

To access the Port Tokens tab, log in to ChargePoint Platform and navigate to Organizations > Inventory > Port Tokens.

The table below describes the fields available in this tab.

Use the Show/Hide Columns option to customize the fields that appear in the report.

Port Tokens

Field Name

Description

Token S/N

Displays the serial number of the token.

Part No.

Displays the part number of the station components.

Cloud Plan

Specifies the cloud plan that is being used.

Description

Displays the description for the cloud plan.

Term (Years)

Specifies the term/duration of the token purchased.

Port Type

Specifies the type of the port.

Token Type

Specifies the type of the token.

Org ID

Displays a unique identifier of the organization.

Org Name

Displays the name of the organization.

EVSE ID

Displays a unique identifier for the Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE).

Station S/N

Displays the serial number of the station.

Station Name

Displays the name of the station.

Activation Date (Pacific Time)

Displays the activation date for the cloud plan.

Applied Date (Pacific Time)

Displays the expiration date for the cloud plan.

Plan Start Date (Pacific Time)

Displays the start date for the cloud plan.

Plan End Date / Auto Renew On (Pacific Time)

Displays the end date for the cloud plan.

Purchase Order

Specifies the details of the purchase order.

Sales Order

Specifies the details of the sales order.

Customer Reference

Displays a description as a reference for the customer.

Customer Name

Displays the customer name.

Customer ID

Displays a unique identifier for the customer.

Order Date

Displays the date the order was made.

Ship Date

Displays the shipping date.

Status

Specifies the status of the token (New, Available, Active and Expired).

Renewal Owner

Specifies the user/owner responsible for renewing the token subscription using a unique identifier.

You can apply multiple filters to narrow down the data. Select the Add Filter button to include additional fields. Select Contains/Does Not Contain/Is from the drop-down list. Select Match all or Match any radio button. Click Apply Filters to take into consideration the selection made in the filter and generate the report.

Click the Export button to download the data for analysis, auditing, troubleshooting, or compliance tracking.

Export (visible columns): Exports only the fields selected in the Show/Hide Columns.

Export (all columns): Exports all connection data fields, regardless of visibility.
