History
The History tab provides collective information of organizations and the respective tokens.
To access the History tab, log in to ChargePoint Platform and navigate to Organizations > Inventory > History.
The table below describes the fields available in this tab.
Use the Show/Hide Columns option to customize the fields that appear in the report.

Org Name |
Displays the name of the organization. |

Org ID |
Displays a unique identifier of the organization. |

EVSE ID |
Displays a unique identifier for the Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE). |

Station Name |
Displays the name of the station. |

Hardware S/N |
Displays the serial number for the hardware. |
|
Port Token S/N |
Displays the serial number for the port token. |
|
Warranty S/N |
Displays the serial number for the warranty. |

Station Token S/N |
Displays the serial number for the station token. |

Org Token S/N |
Displays the serial number for the organization token. |
|
Service Token S/N |
Displays the serial number for the service token. |

From Org |
Displays the name of the organization that grants tokens. |

To Org |
Displays the name of the organization that receives tokens. |

Event Date (Pacific Time) |
Specifies the date and time of the token transfer. |

Event |
Specifies the nature of the event (Created, Activated, Transferred etc.). |

To Region |
Displays the region of the organization that receives the tokens. |

From Region |
Displays the region of the organization that grants the tokens. |
You can apply multiple filters to narrow down the data. Select the Add Filter button to include additional fields. Select Contains/Does Not Contain/Is from the drop-down list. Select Match all or Match any radio button. Click Apply Filters to take into consideration the selection made in the filter and generate the report.
Click the Export button to download the data for analysis, auditing, troubleshooting, or compliance tracking.
Export (visible columns): Exports only the fields selected in the Show/Hide Columns.
Export (all columns): Exports all connection data fields, regardless of visibility.
