Dispatch
The dispatch feature is the vehicle’s daily operational requirements and it is built to be integrated with third-party dispatching platforms.
When connected to a third-party dispatching platform, the dispatch table displays the information provided by the dispatching platform for easy and convenient management for dispatchers to have all the information regarding the fleet, routes and the dispatch plan in one single location. The table provides the following information:

You can also manually assign vehicles to specific routes, with or without a third-party dispatching platform. The dispatch is based on block schedules. You can easily assign a route to a specific vehicle by following these steps:

Log in to the ChargePoint Platform and navigate to Fleet Operations > Depots > Dispatch.

For the desired block, select Assign and select the vehicle.

Select the desired depot and navigate to the Dispatch tab.
You can adjust the filters to see the blocks for the coming days and assign vehicles in advance.

Select Apply.
