Configure Security Alarm Settings
The security alarm remains active for the duration that is configured by the organization. The default duration is 5 minutes. And it can be cleared in one of the following ways:
Automatic reset: The alarm stops once the configured duration expires.
Manual reset in ChargePoint Platform: Log in to ChargePoint Platform and navigate to the affected station under Stations > Status / Actions > Alarms. Click Disable Security Alarm.
When the alarm expires on the station, it is also cleared in ChargePoint Platform.
Currently, the security alarm cannot be disabled from the station display. It must be managed through ChargePoint Platform.
